Thank you for shopping with us at Arctic Blast! We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help with our Returns & Refund Policy.

In order to process your return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail returns@arcticblast.io

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned item. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. You may elect to receive store credit as opposed to refunding your original payment method.

Time Frame for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

1. All products must be unopened and returned in their original packaging.

2. Please ensure that items are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

3. All items being returned must have been purchased in the last 30 days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

• Items which have been opened or not in the original packaging

• Items which have been worn or are without original tags.

We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to your satisfaction. However, we reserve the right to reject any return for any reason.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for the value of your return.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our returns department at returns@arcticblast.io to notify us of your intent to return the item.

2. Provide your first and last name, order number, and a brief description of the items you wish to return.

3. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return your package.

5. Be sure to keep your return tracking number until your return is processed. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

Refund Processing

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. If you have elected to receive store credit, your account will be credited as soon as the refund is processed.

- The time it takes for the credit to appear on your account may vary based on your bank and payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at returns@arcticblast.io. We may request photos of the issue and will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
